STANDARD ONLINE SERVICE
Please note if your order is over £49.00 +VAT we offer FREE DELIVERY.
Orders under £49.00 + VAT value will incur a £4.95 + VAT delivery charge.
We currently estimate delivery between 1- 3 working days subject to stock.
COST EFFECTIVE/ WHOLESALE SERVICE
Minimum order of £45 + VAT applies. We calculate shipping depending on the size of your order and location. Delivery is estimated 1- 4 working days. Products under this service are detailed in our COST EFFECTIVE SERVICE category.

General
For our standard service - deliveries are made on working days only and exclude Public/ Bank Holidays.
Weekend, early morning and after hours deliveries can be arranged.
We are only able to make deliveries to a ground floor entrance point/ loading bay of your business or home.
Most products on this site are stock lines. In the event there is an unforeseen problem with your order – we will endeavour to inform you at the earliest and/ or aim provide you with an alterative if this is possible.
We can usually deliver between 6am and 7pm. Please make sure somebody is available to accept your order. Failed deliveries will need to be rearranged and will incur an additional cost.
We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
Uncollected orders will be held for no longer than 2 working days and thereafter will be cancelled and refunded. Refunds may take up to 2 - 4 working days to process.
