Refund & Returns

Standard Returns

1. Goods can be returned up to 28 days of purchase.
2. Goods are returned at your own cost and must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
3. Goods will remain your responsibility until received by a member of an authorised member of our team at our site.
4. For returns to be processed and refunded, please call us and we will issue you with a returns form. A copy of the returns form should also be safely attached to the goods when returning them to Packaging Deals.
5. Goods must be returned in full pack quantities.
6. Goods will need to be inspected upon return.
7. Packaging Deals will endeavour to process all returns within 3-5 working days of receiving. In the event, we do not refund within this period, please email info@packaging-deals.co.uk.

In the event you receive a defective product, please call us on 0345 077 3207 or email us at info@packaging-deals.co.uk. To allow us to move swiftly as possible, it is advisable to email us an image of the defective product, a brief description and your order number.
