Delivery Information - Local
- If you are based in Willenhall, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Cannock, West Bromwich, Smethwick and the surrounding areas, delivery on orders is currently at a flat rate of £12.00 + VAT and you can order as much as you like. For areas outside of these delivery zones, including Telford, Tamworth, Burton, Stafford - additional delivery charges of up to £12.00 + VAT may apply (subject to order volume). When ordering, please speak to a member of our team to confirm.

- Orders confirmed for delivery are typically delivered within 1 - 3 days.
- Deliveries are made on working days only and exclude Public/ Bank Holidays.
- For deliveries out of hours and weekend deliveries - please email or call us to discuss.
- We are only able to make deliveries to a ground
floor entrance point/ loading bay of your business or home.
- Most products on this site are stock lines. In the event there is
an unforeseen problem with your order – we will endeavour to inform you at
the earliest and/ or aim provide you with an alterative if this is possible.
- We usually deliver between 8am and 5pm. Please make sure somebody is available to accept your order. Failed deliveries will need to be re-arranged and will incur an additional cost.
- We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
Nationwide Parcel and Pallet Delivery
- Pallet deliveries are quoted on your delivery location. Approx. carriage rates for pallets are between £25 - £50.00 + VAT per pallet.
Dedicated Delivery - outside of local delivery zones
- This service is calculated with a minimum charge of £25 + VAT and thereafter on a mileage basis depending on the size/ weight of your order.
